Job Overview

As a Team Member, you'll be on the front line making sure our customers have a brilliant time from the moment they arrive. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that mixes sport, hospitality, and great customer service

Duties

Greeting and welcoming players, guests, and visitors

Assisting with pitch bookings and helping customers with queries

Serving drinks and snacks at our lively bar

Keeping the venue clean, tidy, and safe

Supporting match-day operations and ensuring pitch-side activity runs smoothly

Being a key part of our friendly, fun, and hard-working team

What We're Looking For

Confident, friendly, and passionate about people

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Flexible with working hours (including evenings and weekends and Bank Holidays)A passion for football and community vibes is a big plus! Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or leisure is desirable, but not essential--we'll train the right person.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Temp to perm

Pay: 12.21-13.99 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 12 per week
