Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Team Member, where you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and delicious food to our valued customers! In this fast-paced environment, you'll engage with guests, prepare mouth-watering dishes, and ensure that every dining experience is memorable. Your enthusiasm and dedication will contribute to a vibrant atmosphere that keeps customers coming back for more!

What you'll do

Prepare and serve food items while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Operate the Aloha POS and Micros POS systems efficiently for order processing Engage with customers to provide outstanding service, including upselling menu items Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts Follow all food handling guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food service Support bussing duties to keep the dining area tidy and inviting

Basic qualifications

Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications

Preferred qualifications

Culinary experience or kitchen experience is a plus Familiarity with food preparation techniques and safety regulations Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
