he Carpenters Arms, nestled in the beautiful farmland surrounding Tonbridge in Kent, has just re-opened after an extensive refurbishment, our beautiful countryside destination pub, with 9 recently refurbished guest rooms, offers to showcase the best of British' seasonal menu alongside a range of premium old & new world wines, international lagers, well-conditioned ales and fantastic personal service from our small, friendly & professional team. We're a busy pub serving great food every day and have a busy bar serving locals, ramblers, visitors, and their four-legged friends alike. There are no strangers that visit our pub, just friends we haven't met yet.

The Carpenters Arms is a charming countryside pub nestled in the picturesque farmland of Tonbridge, Kent. With nine cosy hotel rooms, we provide a warm and welcoming retreat for both locals and visitors alike.


We're on the lookout for front-of-house superstars to join our team! Personality is key--you'll be one of the reasons our guests keep coming back. A big smile and a genuine, friendly welcome for every guest are essential.


We're looking for proactive, passionate individuals who support our pub's vision and values. Our philosophy is simple: We CARE--about our guests, our team, and the experience we create together.


This is a live-out role, and we believe in rewarding hard work. Our service charge and tips typically add an extra 3 per hour to your wage. Teamwork is at the heart of everything we do, ensuring every shift is one we're proud of.
