Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic

Team Member

to join our dynamic food service team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of food safety, and working efficiently within a team. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of food items in accordance with company standards and recipes Assist with food presentation and ensure dishes are delivered promptly to customers Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas in line with food safety regulations Take orders from customers, process payments accurately, and upsell menu items where appropriate Support colleagues during busy periods by sharing responsibilities and ensuring smooth operation Follow health and safety procedures diligently to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and customers Manage time effectively to ensure orders are completed within designated timeframes Engage with customers professionally, providing friendly service to enhance their dining experience

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant, catering, or food preparation setting is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate Knowledge of food safety standards and basic maths skills are advantageous Experience in serving or working behind the counter will be beneficial Culinary experience or kitchen work background can support your success in this role Strong organisational skills, time management abilities, and the capacity to upsell menu items will help maximise your effectiveness as a Team Member
