Duties

Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety standards Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items, ensuring quality and presentation Serve food and beverages to customers with a friendly and professional attitude Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, dining area, and equipment Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene practices at all times Engage with customers to provide excellent service, including upselling menu items Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during peak hours Manage time effectively to complete tasks promptly without compromising quality

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills is advantageous Understanding of food safety practices and regulations Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy setting Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well within a team A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 6.40-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
