Overview

As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and quality food to our customers. Duties

Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, mixing, and assembling ingredients. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Engage with customers, providing assistance and recommendations to enhance their dining experience through effective upselling techniques. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, reporting any malfunctions or hazards to management. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary environment is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management. A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing responsibilities within the kitchen team. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when required.
