Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace. Adhere to food safety standards and practices. Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment. Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency. Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities. Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or cafe setting is preferred.
Strong food preparation skills and knowledge of food safety practices. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Excellent time management abilities. A passion for coffee and customer service is essential.
