Job Description

Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service, with a keen eye for detail and a friendly attitude.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation
- Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food, and upselling menu items
- Help maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, dining areas and shop
- Follow food safety standards and regulations at all times - Provide excellent customer service when serving customers in shop
- Replenish stock in shop area
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Manage time efficiently to meet service demands

Qualifications:
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and order processing
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Understanding of food safety practices and hygiene standards advantageous

25 hours per week - mainly covering hours between 1 pm and 9pm

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21 per hour
