As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while assisting in various kitchen and front-of-house operations. This position requires a passion for food and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and preparation.
Responsibilities
Assist in food preparation Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, and upselling menu items effectively. Manage time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed within designated timeframes. Collaborate with fellow team members to create a positive working environment and enhance team performance.
Experience
Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is advantageous but not essential; we welcome individuals eager to learn. Basic maths skills are required for handling transactions and managing orders accurately. A willingness to engage with customers and promote menu items through effective upselling techniques.
