Role Purpose
To create and deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing outstanding service and delivery, whilst maintaining high standards and encompassing our brand values.
Customer
Deliver outstanding customer service, at all times. Meet and greet customers in a friendly, approachable and polite manner. Work within our clubhouse bar areas serving food and drink ( where applicable ) Fulfil all reasonable requests from customers to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety. Deal with challenging situations by demonstrating empathy and understanding, being empowered to make a decision to resolve. Place the customer at the heart of everything you do. Take feedback from customers on board and feed this back to your line manager.
Team
Share your knowledge and any key learnings with the team. Be involved and actively contribute at team meetings. Build and maintain good relationships with all team members. Be willing to take on jobs to support your team members.
Essential
