second site in the capital

, a beautifully refurbished Victorian pub in the heart of London. We're all about great beer, good food, and genuine hospitality.

Now we're building our opening team! people who are passionate, positive, and love making guests feel at home.

The Role

As part of our opening team, you'll help shape the atmosphere and service style from day one. This is a chance to be part of something new -- bringing energy, ideas, and teamwork to a space that's full of character.

You'll:

Deliver outstanding customer service with a smile Help with the day-to-day running of the pub, including stock, rota planning, and compliance. Ensuring compliance with all aspects of licensing obligations plus health and safety Take pride in maintaining high standards for safety, cleanliness, and presentation. Contribute to creating a place guests love to visit -- and the team loves to work in.

About You

Experience isn't essential

(we provide full training)

but a great attitude is.

We're looking for someone who:

Brings enthusiasm and reliability every shift. Enjoys working as part of a close-knit, supportive team. Takes pride in giving great service. Wants to grow and develop with us as we expand our brand.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-14.50 per hour
