Duties
Prepare and roll sushi, Japanese food
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Assist with the upselling of menu items to enhance customer satisfaction.
Provide support to team members during busy periods to ensure efficient service.
Handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic maths for order processing.
Engage with customers to provide assistance and address any inquiries or concerns.
Participate in training sessions to improve culinary skills and knowledge of menu offerings.
