What You'll Be Doing

This is a hands-on role. You'll be involved in every aspect of the operation:

- Cooking and preparing fresh Greek and Mediterranean street food

- Serving customers with energy and friendliness

- Providing high-quality customer service and maintaining a tidy, organised kitchen

- Following all food hygiene and health & safety procedures

- Assisting with prep, cleaning, and daily kitchen operations

- For leadership roles: managing shifts, supervising the team, training staff, and maintaining high standards throughout the day

What We're Looking For:

? Previous experience in a busy kitchen (Greek or Mediterranean preferred)

? Fast, tidy, and well-organised under pressure

? Excellent communication and people skills

? Strong knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety practices

? Experience in customer service

? Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

? Proactive attitude - able to take initiative and solve problems as they arise

? Driving licence & access to a car is a big plus

? For leadership roles: management experience, shift supervision, and people management skills
