We're recruiting for a Team PA to join us on a 12 months FTC. We're offering a competitive base salary.

We're looking for a Team PA to join our L&G Retail division, supporting senior leaders with a high standard of administrative and organisational expertise. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a collaborative and inclusive team where your contribution will make a real difference.


What you'll be doing:

Managing inboxes and prioritising emails to ensure timely responses and effective delegation Coordinating diaries and arranging travel, meetings and hybrid logistics Organising events, away days and conferences for leaders and their teams Processing expenses and maintaining internal systems including filing and archiving Preparing agendas and high-quality PowerPoint presentations for meetings Maintaining team organisation charts and distribution lists Collaborating with the wider PA community to ensure seamless support and cover Delivering consistent, accurate service aligned with customer expectations and company values


Qualifications



Who we're looking for:

Proven experience in a PA or administrative support role Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel Confidence working independently and using initiative A collaborative mindset and willingness to support others Awareness of business strategy, governance and internal networks A flexible approach and ability to adapt in a changing environment
