Rhondda Cynon Taf Council is pleased to offer a Team Practice and Performance Manager position within Social Care Services.





Location: Ty Elai, Williamstown, CF40 1NY





We currently have an opportunity for a Team Practice and Performance Manager within the East Learning Disability Social Work team. The team works with adults with a learning disability in the East of the borough. The team work remotely with one office day a week at the RCTCBC central office in Ty Elai, Williamstown, Rhondda. The team is made up of Principal Social Workers, Social Workers and Care and Support Practitioners. The worker will be joining an experienced and supportive team. We are looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic manager to effectively manage the Social Work team.



The successful candidate will work closely with health and other partners in a quality service to those with a Learning Disability in RCT, understanding the strengths and challenges of multi-disciplinary working and be able to deliver an effective and efficient service to the public.



There is a strong commitment to practice learning and education within adult social care which you will be expected to contribute to.



You must possess a professional recognised Social Work qualification and be expected to be registered and maintain your registration as a 'Social Worker' with Social Care Wales on appointment.
