A Team Secretary role within the Women's and Children's collaborative has arisen. Ideally an experienced Team Secretary with medical terminology knowledge, as well as knowledge of NCIC admin systems and processes, including RTT pathways and Text flow.
As a team secretary you will provide efficient administration and effective support to the Medical Secretary, assisting in the smooth completion of the day to day Gynae Admin.
The team currently consists of Medical Secretary, Team Secretary and Clerk typist, working alongside Consultants, Nurse Practitioners, etc to achieve Business Unit objectives including a 48 hour turnaround of clinical letters, forward clinic preparation, elective bookings and general office admin duties including phones and emails etc.
