An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Secretary to join our Admin Team working within our Perinatal service based at Greenhaven, Hopewood, Nottingham.
The Perinatal Community Services provide treatment and support to women experiencing problems with mental illness throughout the perinatal period, from 13 weeks pregnant up to one year after having their baby, across Nottinghamshire and Bassetlaw.
You will be based at Greenhaven at Hopewood, Nottingham. The main responsibility of the role is to provide administrative support to the clinical team. Duties will include booking appointments using the Trust database system, typing letters, audio typing, room bookings, minute taking, and holding electronic diaries. Ideally, you should be flexible to cover other responsibilities to meet the demands of the service.
The post involves speaking to service users, carers and other agencies. You will be expected to be a team player.
You will work under the direct supervision of the Admin Team Leader and have the ability to prioritise own work within tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this post.
