What You'll Be Doing:

Lead the Shift:

Open and close the store with precision, making sure each shift runs smoothly.

Support the Team:

Motivate and guide your team, jumping in where needed and leading by example.

Customer Care:

Resolve queries and ensure every customer leaves happy.

Keep Things Running:

Oversee service flow, food prep, and cleanliness to keep standards high.

Help Train & Develop:

Assist with onboarding new team members and help manage shift schedules.

Stay Stock-Savvy:

Monitor inventory and highlight when items need to be restocked.

Cash Handling:

Support till operations and help with end-of-day cashing up.

Work With Management:

Collaborate with store leaders to fine-tune daily operations and improve the customer experience.

Prioritise Safety:

Uphold all health and safety practices, front and back of house.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a similar supervisory role, ideally in hospitality or retail. Strong leadership and communication skills. Calm under pressure, with a solutions-first attitude. Passion for great service and a hands-on approach to teamwork.
