As a Team Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that our kitchen and service areas maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to food safety standards. Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering an environment of teamwork and professional development. Assist in food preparation and cooking, demonstrating culinary skills as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health regulations. Collaborate with management to develop menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Handle inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimising waste. Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Support bartending activities when necessary, ensuring compliance with licensing laws.

Experience

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or culinary field is essential. Proficiency in food preparation techniques and knowledge of food safety regulations is required. Experience working in hotels or restaurants is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team effectively. Familiarity with kitchen equipment and maintenance procedures is advantageous.
