Serious Sport was established in 2005, as a specialist sports clothing and teamwear company. In 2025 Serious Sport now manufactures and supplies personalised teamwear to over 2,000 sports clubs and organisations. As part of the Sales and Marketing team you will support the growth to become the UK's leading provider of Bespoke match kit and teamwear.

The Role

The Teamwear Account Manager will manage the relationship between Serious Sport and teamwear partners across the County. The role will demand:

Account Management for our partner teamwear clubs and organisations. Manage the team store platform ensuring accurate customer ordering is maintained. Maintain store imagery and content in line with current resources. Processing of customer orders and ensuring timely dispatch of club orders via the Serious Sport portal. A good level of design and creativity to support clubs when using the kitbuilder to provide an exciting range of match and teamwear. Provide a proactive approach to supporting the growth of key accounts through current and new customers. Analysis on existing team contracts reporting to the Key Accounts Manager. Lead on customer retention to ensure clubs approaching the end of their contracts are supported to resign. Providing sales support to the Key Account Manager plus any other duties delegated by that role or the Senior Team. Assisting in the delivery of our sales & marketing plan ensuring key engagement dates are held. Assist with general sales enquiries via all media, work with customer fulfilment team to ensure all customer receive orders.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The position requires:

Ideally some relevant account management or experience in this field. An enthusiastic professional approach and a love for sports. An ability to maximise sales and hit key targets. Excellent communication skills across all channels. A flexible approach to working hours as there will be a need to work varied hours outside of traditional office hours. Personal attributes which are vital - motivated, reliable, loyal, approachable, hardworking, enthusiastic and trustworthy.

RENUMERATION

An annual salary of 23,000 to 26,000.
