Our latest offshoot is SBK, an app that aims to provide the best casual betting experience. We launched it in 2019 and are now looking to scale it up. The SBK mission is simple, but not simplistic: Rewriting the Sportsbook. We are searching for an experienced Senior Product Designer who will report into the Director of Product in our London HQ. Join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our betting trading technology landscape.

What you\'ll be responsible for

  • Identify, Scope and document improvements to our current PAM tools and ensure they align with our strategic cx objectives.
  • Translate regulatory and business demands into actionable user stories.
  • Spot technical, compliance and user journey deficiencies to recommend compliant strategies.
  • Foster continuous dialogue with the product and tech divisions.
  • Ensure solutions are recorded following strict change-management guidelines.
  • Aid in the project delivery, including tech adjustments to regulatory standards.
  • Assist during regulatory assessments and coordinate with other relevant teams.
  • Supervise the tech audit process to remain in line with local regulatory frameworks.
  • Manage data collection for regulatory or internal purposes.
  • Monitor tech-related compliance and CX issues and notify the concerned teams.

  • Analytical: You excel at pinpointing areas and seamlessly converting regulatory and business needs into impactful technical user stories.
  • Problem Solver: You\'re adept at identifying gaps in technology, compliance and user journeys, and you craft solutions that address these while adhering to regulations.
  • Collaborative: You consistently foster transparent dialogues with product and tech teams, ensuring unified alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Change Management: You naturally uphold strict documentation practices, ensuring clarity and accountability in every implemented solution.
  • Data Driven: You proficiently manage and curate data for regulatory and internal purposes, ensuring its precision and applicability.
