Key Responsibilities
Integrate new systems across e-commerce, CRM, inventory, finance, and marketing platforms (e.g., Shopify, Zoho, Xero).
Map and automate core business workflows to reduce manual work and improve data consistency.
Develop or implement scripts, APIs, and AI agents to connect systems and enable smarter decision-making.
Conduct data analysis to support business decisions -- from sales trends to supplier performance and stock forecasting.
Collaborate across departments to understand their needs and design tech solutions that make their work easier.
Lead internal training and documentation to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and tools.
Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies that enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Skills & Experience
Strong experience integrating SaaS tools and automating workflows.
Proficient with APIs, webhooks, and low-code automation tools (Make, Zapier, or n8n).
Analytical mindset and comfort working with data (Excel, SQL, or BI tools).
Basic coding or scripting ability (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
Clear communicator with patience and empathy for training non-technical users.
Interest in AI tools, data automation, and operational efficiency.
Bonus: experience in e-commerce, logistics, or manufacturing systems.
