YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Lead to drive the real-time implementation of data products. This role demands deep technical expertise, hands-on coding capabilities, and strong leadership to guide engineering teams in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. You will act as a bridge between product vision and technical execution, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and engineering teams.

YOUR PROFILE

Technical Leadership & Delivery

Lead the design, development, and deployment of real-time data products with a strong focus on hands-on coding and architecture. Provide subject matter expertise to support collaboration between product owners and engineering teams.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with product managers, designers, and business partners to ensure cohesive product development. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Innovation & Industry Awareness

Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends. Evaluate and adopt new approaches to improve product development and delivery. Proven experience in leading real-time data product implementations. Strong hands-on coding skills in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Scala). Experience working in financial services or large enterprise environments.
