Key Responsibilities:

Essential Skills:

  • Exceptional leadership abilities to guide, mentor, and inspire.
  • Proven track record in delivering applications at scale through agile development scrum teams.
  • Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in working within agile frameworks.
  • Strong working knowledge of AWS products.
  • A degree (BSc ) in Computer Science or a related discipline (or) a portfolio showcasing your skills and experience in relevant programming languages.
  • Battle-hardened Full Stack JavaScript experience.
Desirable Skills:
  • 5 years of commercial experience in a technical role.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a technical leadership role.
  • Leading by example as an asset to your teams.
  • Experience in architecting and supporting PaaS/SaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with e-learning standards.
  • Proven track record in estimating and delivering projects through a team, meeting deadlines.
Education:
  • Bachelor\'s degree (preferred)

Salary: \xc2\xa365,000.00-\xc2\xa385,000.00 per year DOE (Depending on Experience)

Location: Stonehouse, Gloucestershire (Hybrid)
