Job Summary
We are seeking an organised and proactive Tech Project Manager to oversee the delivery of technology projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong project management fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving successful outcomes in fast-paced technology environments. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and deliver technology projects on time, within scope, and on budget using appropriate methodologies.
Coordinate activities across development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk registers, and communication strategies.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies to maintain project momentum.
Monitor project progress, identify blockers, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, status reports, and dashboards for stakeholder visibility.
Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and regular updates on project status and risks.
Track project budgets and resource utilisation, escalating issues proactively when necessary.
Support change management activities, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
Foster collaborative team environments that encourage innovation, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

2-4 years of experience in technology project management or delivery coordination roles.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management principles.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Azure DevOps.
Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence without authority.
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and technical concepts.
Experience creating project documentation, status reports, and stakeholder presentations.
Problem-solving mindset with proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Teams, Slack, Confluence).
PRINCE2 Foundation, Scrum Master certification, or similar qualification is desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field is advantageous.
