Technical Accountant Trainer

As

Technical Accountant Trainer

, you will be responsible for the onboarding, upskill and continuous training and development of the accountancy teams as well as carrying out systematic monitoring, evaluation, and improvement of the accountancy teams work.

We are looking for a self- motivated, quality centric, Accountancy professional, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience as a practising Accountant, as well as a trainer.

About the role

Training the Accounting Teams (UK & Offshore), tailoring training needs to meet the diverse needs of others to set them up for success.? Reviewing and reporting on the work of the accounting team to ensure feedback given and quality plus accuracy maintained at the highest level.? Accompany evaluations with meaningful and constructive feedback. Map the need for training and onboarding programs and initiate these projects.? Plan, execute, and oversee quality assurance cycle for all members of the accountancy teams, testing for quality and compliance? Set an example as a hands-on Senior Accountant, championing service excellence and the Mazuma's core values.?

About you:

As the

Technical Accountant Trainer

you will have proven experience in accountancy, hold at least an AAT Level 4 qualification? and be confident in using IT based Accounting software. You will possess:

A passion for delivering training, as well as desire for continual learning and development is essential Previous experience of designing, delivering and facilitating training sessions, is preferred Previous experience of quality assurance or auditing Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills High attention to detail, positive attitude, ability to learn quickly Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a small team and able to use own initiative. A keen eye for detail ? The ability to work without supervision ?
