Our Vacancy
We're looking for a proactive and organised

Administrator

to join our busy Technical team, on a

6-month fixed-term contract

This is a key role providing administrational and client support for Gas, Electricity, Water, and Fibre utility infrastructure projects, ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered to both new and existing clients.

What you'll be doing:



Administrative Support:

Carrying out all administration activities for the Technical team to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

Design Updates & Drawings:

Updating design variations, requesting design changes, and ensuring all drawings are kept up to date.

Data & Database Management:

Keeping company databases and other project information up to date

Stakeholder Liaison:

Working closely with internal Technical and Operations teams to ensure clear communication and collaboration.

Problem Solving:

Investigating, resolving, and escalating client issues or requirements when necessary.

What we're looking for



Proven experience in a support or administrative role Strong coordination and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Proactive, motivated, and client-focused approach Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and database management NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent is an advantage. Positive attitude towards customer service and understanding of its impact on business performance.
