Overview


We are seeking a skilled Technical Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our engineering department, ensuring orders/methods/contracts are reviewed and updated accurately within our ERP system (Epicor). This position requires strong attention to detail, an inquisitive mindset and the ability to utilise various computer systems to input and maintain technical data. Training will be provided on how to use our system, but ideally we are seeking someone with a technical background who understands basic mechanical engineering principles and/or has a keen interest in engineering.

Duties



Create, update and maintain process methods utilising ERP system (Epicor). Review orders, contracts, specifications and drawings for compliance checks, where required. Complete method review and contract review checklists in an accurate and timely manner. Monitor departmental workload and track KPIs to aid the running of the department.

Qualifications



Excellent attention to detail is essential. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in MS packages (Word/Excel/Sharepoint) Background in engineering/ability to read technical drawings is advantageous but not mandatory. Previous use of ERP Systems advantageous but not mandatory.
