As an Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting an assigned team of surveyors, ensuring efficient work allocation and task prioritisation as directed daily by the team leader. Working closely with both internal departments and clients to support smooth service delivery.
Your responsibilities will include managing client related administrative tasks, maintaining compliance, and contributing to a high standard of client satisfaction. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Should be conversant in use of all Microsoft Office 365 applications.
The post holder will be appointed at a level appropriate to qualifications and experience. Progression between the grades of this post will be dependent upon the attainment of further qualifications, experience, and a competency assessment.

Assisting surveyors with their daily duties i.e., fee quotes, initial notices
Printing plans and setting up project files
Producing formal letters
Setting up new projects
Issuing notices and certificates to clients, Local Authorities, and statutory bodies
Filing site inspection reports
Creating site files for larger projects
Filing acceptance and rejection notices
Booking site inspections
Dealing with telephone queries
General filing of project files
Archiving project files
Scanning project plans and documentation
Assisting all staff with any ad-hoc tasks
