Supporting Technical & Vessel Operations

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised

Technical Administrator

to support the day-to-day operations of our busy Technical Department. This role is hands-on and varied, with scope to support across multiple areas of the business, including vessel operations when required.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong interest in

logistics, shipping, or maritime operations

- and who enjoys juggling a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities



Schedule international travel and loading operations for the Loadmaster team Manage logistics paperwork, shipping documentation, and cradle information Liaise with customs agents, operations teams, and technical staff to ensure smooth job execution Support with transportation planning and equipment tracking Prepare invoicing information and manage internal records Assist with basic health and safety documentation and reporting Use Excel and internal software systems to maintain project trackers

Provide administrative and operational support to the Carrier Department (Vessel Operations) as needed, including basic coordination and communication with ships, agents, and clients


What we are looking for



Strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced)

Confident with Microsoft Office and logistics systems Previous experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or transport admin (ideal) Excellent attention to detail and time management Clear, professional communication style Team player with a proactive and flexible approach Interest in marine logistics and a willingness to learn across departments
