Job Summary



This role is responsible for supporting technical and operational teams through effective contract review coordination, document control, and administrative support. It acts as a key point of contact for both internal teams, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and efficiency across all communication and documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities



Assist in preparing draft technical reports based on internal input, to be reviewed and completed by the technical team.

Assist in the creation and maintenance of report templates and procedural documents.

Support and coordinate the contract review process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and completed in a timely manner.

Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal documentation, including formatting, version control, and distribution.

Ensure internal databases and metrics are kept accurate and up to date, supporting operational reporting and efficiency.

Perform a variety of administration duties, including document formatting, and supporting data entry,

Complete additional tasks as required by management, including supporting special projects or internal initiatives.

Co-ordinate information between internal technical, operations & sales teams

Aid in the preparation of technical drawings used in test reports (full training to be provided).

Knowledge, skills and experience



Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in client-facing or customer service roles is required.

Confident with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Willingness to learn technical and procedural requirements - full training will be provided.

A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Experience with Auto CAD software is preferable.
