We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our dynamic technical team. The ideal candidate will possess strong office and administrative experience, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, supporting various departments, and maintaining effective communication both internally and externally.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Manage incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records
Utilise Microsoft Office and for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations
Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
Document management and control
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as required
Support team members with clerical tasks to enhance productivity
Requirements
Previous office experience is essential, with a strong background in administrative roles
A construction background would be advantageous
Proficient computer skills, including a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Experience with AutoCAD is advantageous
Ability to read and understand technical documents and drawings
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent written skills with attention to detail for data entry accuracy
Demonstrated clerical experience in managing office functions efficiently
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong interpersonal skills
