Join as a Technical Administrator in our Transportation team based in Trowbridge supporting our Wiltshire Council Client. We work on projects of all types and sizes, from large infrastructure and highway schemes to car parks with EV charging. Our projects are bringing digitalisation to lighting solutions and transforming the way people live and work. And you'll be part of these collaborative design teams based across the country and the world. It's an exciting era for our technology teams, with the rise of intelligent networks, active travel and net zero carbon. To lead in emerging areas that interest you, all you need to do is speak up and take the initiative.
We offer flexible working where you will typically be expected to be in your base office location for a minimum of three days per week.
Your Purpose:

• Respond to phone and email enquiries for the Street Lighting and Traffic Signal Team.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and the public to support service delivery.
• Update and maintain asset records in the management database.
• Monitor fault management systems and ensure timely resolution of defects.
• Track faults and coordinate repairs with maintenance contractors.
• Additional support to the Management of the overall Framework.

What you can Bring:

• Eagerness to learn and use specialist software (training will be provided).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as the role will involve engaging with clients, members of the public and contractors.
• Ability to stay organised and manage urgent issues efficiently.
