Job Description

Job Title: Technical After Sales Support
Location: DE55, Riddings, Alfreton
Contract Details: Long Term Temp with potential to go perm
Salary: 14.50-15.50 an hour
About Our Client:
Our client is a leading supplier in the Railway Industry, renowned for their adaptability to the needs of manufacturers and operators.
Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their technical needs

Prepare and present commercial proposals for repairs and new materials

Handle Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for faulty components

Conduct on-site or workshop repairs to ensure client satisfaction

Collaborate with logistics for timely delivery of parts

Travel to client sites across the UK to deliver materials and provide technical support

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Strong technical background in mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic systems

Hands-on experience with assembly, fitting, and repairs

Excellent communication and commercial skills

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Previous experience in the railway or transport sector
