As a Project Management Technical Apprentice, youxe2x80x99ll play a key role in supporting projects that make a real difference to how we deliver services across Scotland.Youxe2x80x99ll learn how to plan and coordinate projects using agile tools and methodologies, including Scrum (a team-based way of working that helps keep projects focused and flexible), while working alongside teams to make change feel smooth, supported, and successful. Whether itxe2x80x99s helping colleagues adapt to new technology, improving a business process, or supporting communication with partners, youxe2x80x99ll be right in the thick of it.No two projects are the same. Youxe2x80x99ll build skills in organising tasks, managing risks, solving problems, and keeping everything moving in the right direction.
