Job Overview
To join our expanding team, this role is to enable the group to have a in house team to design and submitt drawings to stakeholders from a leisure centre to a block of apartments/housing schemes
Be able to provide working drawings on residential units and with added support of the team on more complicated designs.
Skill sets
Design & Creativity:
Strong imagination, drawing skills, 3D thinking, and flair.Technical Knowledge:
Understanding construction, building technology, math, and sustainability.IT Proficiency:
Competence with CAD, BIM (Building Information Modelling), and design software.Communication:
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to liaise with clients, teams, and professionals.Business Acumen:
Project management, organization, negotiation, and commercial awareness.Personal Qualities:
Attention to detail, problem-solving, teamwork, and initiative.You will be joining the parent company to deliver a newly created in house department to make the process of a design and build team more efficient, gym memberships are provided.

Pay: From 37,500.00 per year
