Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design:

Own technical architecture across projects, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

Delivery Oversigh

t: Lead end-to-end technical delivery, including POCs and Proof of Value.

Power Platform Expertise:

Architect solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with business and technical teams to align solutions with needs.

Multitasking & Prioritization:

Manage concurrent initiatives with strategic focus.

Technical Leadership:

Mentor teams and uphold best practices.

Agile Delivery:

Thrive in agile environments and adapt to evolving requirements.

Innovation:

Rapidly prototype and validate new technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Technical/Solutions Architect with full-stack development background. Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform or similar no-code platforms. Strong problem-solving and architecture governance (TDA). Experience in enterprise-level solution delivery. Cloud platform experience (Azure preferred), integration design, and DevOps practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Comfortable in both leadership and hands-on roles.

Desirable Qualifications

Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, Azure, AWS). Experience in public sector or regulated industries. Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks. * Prior engineering experience (ideal but not essential).
