About the Role



We are looking for an experienced

Technical Architect

to define, design, and oversee the delivery of scalable, high-performance software solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in

Java, microservices, and Azure PaaS offerings

, with the ability to provide technical leadership, guide teams, and ensure best practices are followed across projects.



Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Roadmaps:

Define and document technical roadmaps, architecture blueprints, and solution designs for new and existing systems.

Design Leadership:

Facilitate the design of software modules ensuring compliance with functional, integration, performance, and user experience requirements.

Technical Reviews:

Conduct technical overviews, perform requirement analysis, and obtain design sign-offs.

Technical Leadership:

Provide hands-on technical insights and leadership across operational and delivery aspects.

Effort Estimation:

Estimate development effort, evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and libraries for adoption.

Azure Expertise:

Leverage

Azure PaaS offerings

for scalable and secure cloud-native solutions.

Microservices & Data:

Design microservices using

CQRS and event sourcing patterns

, with strong knowledge of

PostgreSQL

.

Governance & Documentation:

Adhere to defined processes, create/review technical documentation, and report on individual and project status.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.


Basic Requirements

8-10 years

of software development experience (10-12 years for Senior Technical Architect*).
Strong proficiency in

Java, J2EE, cloud platforms (Azure), and microservice architecture

. Demonstrated experience designing solutions with

CQRS, event sourcing, and PostgreSQL

. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical ideas clearly. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
