Technical Architect

who wants to own that mission end-to-end- supporting the mission from 100k user to over a million!. This is your chance to define the blueprint of a next-generation POS ecosystem, lead ambitious modernisation programmes, and empower engineering teams to move faster than ever before.

What You'll Lead & Deliver

Architectural Excellence

Own Epos Now's long-term technical vision and reference architecture Drive modernisation, service unification, and event-driven system design Chair Architecture Reviews and lead our internal Architecture Committee Mentor senior engineers and raise the bar on architectural literacy

Collaboration at Scale

Work closely with Product, Engineering, DevOps, Data, and external partners Ensure shared frameworks and standards are adopted across all tribes Influence roadmap decisions to ensure long-term scalability

Cloud & Infrastructure Leadership

Steer AWS/K8s architecture, failover design, and IaC standards Improve reliability, performance, and observability across the platform Champion cost efficiency with data-driven insights

Driving Innovation & AI Adoption

Lead our AI-first engineering initiative (75%+ AI-assisted build & test) Deploy AI tools for code generation, testing, observability, and automation Deliver cutting-edge PoCs and continuously evolve our tech ecosystem

95%+ uptime for critical services Reduced technical debt and improved modularity Clear simplification of the platform and faster engineering throughput High engagement from engineering teams and external partners Proven impact on customer experience (speed, reliability, NPS)
