Architect at Leading Design Studio
Location: Bristol

Responsibilities:

Contribute to projects from feasibility through to planning and delivery stages
Present design concepts and philosophies to clients and stakeholders
Develop ideas that balance client needs, building usage, and environmental impact
Prepare specifications, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with codes and regulations
Conduct site visits and produce detailed reports
Collaborate with construction professionals and internal teams

Skills & Experience:

ARB registration with proven post-qualified experience
Strong design skills and experience across all RIBA stages
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Photoshop; Revit experience is advantageous
Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain attention to detail
