Technical Assistant

to support our Technical Department.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-growing energy storage sector while working alongside skilled engineers and supporting our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support by responding to customer and internal queries. Assist in battery performance testing, data collection, and analysis. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including reports and performance data. Support technical projects to ensure timely delivery of objectives. Assist with the creation, review, and auditing of product datasheets and specifications. Contribute to product development Help with technical literature and information. Stay up to date with industry standards, trends, and emerging battery technologies. Carry out administrative and technical tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department.

About You

Background in a technical field (Electrical, Engineering, IT, Data Analysis, or similar transferable skills). Could suit a graduate. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly. Organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple tasks effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.). Interest in electronics, batteries, energy storage, or renewable technology. Experience with software such as Adobe Photoshop or product rendering tools is desirable -- or a willingness to learn.
