Summary



Assist the Technical team to perform tasks related to 3D Modelling, Design Review and Project Coordination.

Coordinating with designers, engineers, construction teams and other stakeholders, main objectives of this role include the creation and refining of 3D models and technical designs and integrating designs in collaboration with the construction and commercial teams.

Responsibilities



Create, refine, and manage 3D models and technical designs using advanced software tools such as BricsCAD and Agtek. Conduct feasibility simulations to validate the effectiveness of design changes. Integrate design modifications and resolve technical challenges in collaboration with the construction and commercial team. Collaborate with commercial and construction teams to resolve technical issues and optimize design solutions. Coordinate with designers, engineers, and construction teams to align project objectives with technical deliverables. Prepare designs, surveys, and reports, presenting findings to clients and senior management. Understanding of GDPR and data protection compliance. Proficient with MS office (Word, Excel). Previous experience in a similar administrative role within construction or groundworks is desirable. Proven ability to process data and coordinate administrative tasks effectively.
