Job description


We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our busy Property Services, Administration Team. You will possess excellent organisational skills and be committed to providing a high standard of customer service excellence to support our tenants and all other key stakeholders.

You will have experience of providing a customer facing service role, data entry and maintaining manual and computerised record systems. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.

You will be a part of the technical support team that delivers key clerical and administrative services such as tenant repairs, payments processing, planned works contracts, asset & compliance including servicing programmes, and includes process and system management enabling us to fulfil our regulatory & statutory requirements.

Enthusiasm, adaptability, and resilience are key requirements.

This is a demanding and varied role which will require you to prioritise and manage your own workload, whilst having an awareness of the potential impact to others. Communication is also key to facilitate internal and external Key Stakeholder enquiries, minimise risk and ensure payments are processed within service level agreements.

You will be expected to collaborate during any major changes to service delivery, enabling the service to continually deliver and maintain our high standards. This includes identifying change requirements, training needs and maintaining process and IT systems within a stock retaining local authority.
