Join The Change, a purpose-driven consultancy supporting energy and environmental sector organisations. We are seeking a technically skilled, analytical, and adaptable Technical Consultant to join our team. You'll work across client projects where intellectual property, innovation, and technical insight intersect--interpreting complex documents, identifying potential patents, and producing clear, structured technical reports that help shape our clients' future.

What You'll Do:

Analyse technical materials to build deep understanding of client products and processes. Conduct interviews with client engineers and R&D teams to uncover patentable opportunities. Support Patent Box claims and wider IP strategy by drafting clear, precise technical documents. Contribute to cross-functional projects in innovation, funding, and impact. Continuously develop your skills and stay informed on emerging technologies and IP trends.

About You:

STEM degree with 2+ years' post-degree experience in a technical or analytical role. Excellent technical comprehension and report writing skills. Confident communicator able to engage with diverse stakeholders. Organised, analytical, and keen to grow in a dynamic consultancy.

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
