As our Technical Consultant, you'll support HID's success by:



Test Planning and Strategy:

Develop comprehensive test plans that cover integration scenarios, compatibility, and functionality of partner solutions with our software releases. Define testing strategies based on partner service specifications and project requirements.

Execution of Test Cases:

Execute test cases to ensure the reliability, compatibility, and performance of our software when integrated with partner services. Identify and document issues, defects, and areas of improvement, providing detailed and actionable feedback to development teams.

Regression Testing:

Conduct thorough regression testing to guarantee that new releases do not adversely impact existing partner integrations. Automate regression test cases where applicable to improve efficiency and repeatability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and support teams, to address and resolve issues related to partner integrations. Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, updates, and knowledge about ongoing partner projects.

Continuous Learning:

Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to partner integrations and software testing. Proactively seek opportunities for professional development to enhance skills and expertise.

Issue Resolution:

Develop and implement effective solutions to address product-related issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Provide timely updates to partners on the progress of issue resolution efforts.

Your Experience and Education include:



Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in software testing with a focus on partner integrations. Strong understanding of API testing, compatibility testing, and integration testing. Experience with test automation tools and frameworks. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, and TestRail. Knowledge of scripting languages for test automation (e.g., Python, JavaScript). Previous experience in testing enterprise-level software solutions.
