Role:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Consultant with strong ERP, functional, and technical skills. The role involves working with business users, translating requirements, guiding development teams, and contributing to AI-enabled enterprise solutions.

Technical Skills & Responsibilities:

Act as a functional expert for ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, etc.). Analyse end-to-end business processes (finance, supply chain, HR, procurement, operations). Conduct requirement workshops and prepare BRDs, FSDs, and process documentation. Engage with stakeholders to define solutions and present best-practice recommendations. Collaborate with Java, .NET, and Microsoft developers to translate requirements and validate solutions. Support application build, testing, deployment, and rollout. Contribute to AI/automation features and validate AI model outcomes. Prepare documentation, test cases, and training materials; support UAT and go-live.

Required Skills

10+ years of IT consulting experience with major ERP systems.

Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise architectures.

Experience working with development teams (Java, .NET, cloud).

Exposure to AI/ML integrations or automation tools.

Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

Experience in multi-system or digital transformation projects.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Ability to work independently and adapt to new technologies.

Education:

He/She must have Degree level or equivalent education in the areas of statistics or computer science.
