In this role, you will take responsibility for designing and implementing Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance projects for a wide variety of customers, using your knowledge and experience to scope opportunities and deliver successful outcomes. You'll also play an active part in supporting presales efforts by working closely with our sales force and customers, while providing specialist guidance and advice to less experienced colleagues to support their growth and development. To be successful, you'll need a keen eye for detail, the ability to work effectively within a team, and strong self-motivation with a continual drive to keep your knowledge at the forefront of technology.

What we are looking for in a Technical Consultant - M365 Security & Compliance:

Good overall Microsoft 365 knowledge Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance technologies such as:

o Entra ID Premium including Conditional Access, MFA, Passwordless technologies, Self-Service Password Reset, Entra ID Protection, Entra Privileged Identity Management

o Defender suite including Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, Defender for Cloud Apps, Defender for Identity

o Information protection and governance including Sensitivity Labelling, DLP, Message Encryption, Data Lifecycle Management

What would put your application at an advantage:

Experience as a customer facing technical consultant Relevant certifications including:

o MS-102: Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert

o SC-100: Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect

o SC-200: Microsoft Security Operations Analyst Associate

o SC-300: Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator

o SC-400: Microsoft Information Protection Administrator

o SC-401: Microsoft Information Security Administrator Associate
