Key Responsibilities:

Provide a warm, welcoming point of contact for customers Manage the customer's test drive experience with the Sales Executive, offering further product insight and knowledge when required. Assist with on-site and off-site events Demonstrate and stay up to date on the latest product information and technology Promote the Toyota brand, products and technologies, sharing information, features and benefits Ensure all centre staff are equipped with the latest product information
What We're Looking For:

Strong customer service mindset with a professional attitude Strong interest in automotive and agility to learn about new products Strong communication skills - easily builds up relationships internally and with customers Extremely organised with great attention to detail Good IT skills, (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and social media skills A full UK driving licence.

Monday to Friday: 09:00-17:30

(Occasional Weekend for events)
