Technical Coordinator
to join our dedicated Customer Support team at our Ashby de la Zouch site.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong technical aptitude and excellent organisational skills to make a real impact. You'll play a key role in supporting customers, coordinating technical solutions, and ensuring engineers have everything they need for first-time success.

What You'll Do:
Provide first-line technical diagnostic support and resolve minor issues.
Identify when escalation & further support is needed and co-ordinate this.
Coordinate in-warranty and out-of-warranty work, ensuring accurate communication and charging.
Manage after-sales parts requests and explore upsell opportunities.
Ensure engineers receive correct parts and information for optimal first-time success.
Follow up with customers for feedback and report findings to management.
Record actions in company Quality and CRM systems.
Support the wider team with administrative tasks when required.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B and/or technical customer service.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to diagnose technical issues.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Flexible approach to planning and scheduling.
Good IT skills (MS Office and scheduling tools).
Self-motivated with a drive to develop technical knowledge.
Full UK Driving Licence.
