The Technical Coordinator plays an essential role in ensuring the smooth delivery of technical surveys and the production of clear, accurate, and timely reports for clients. This position is well suited to someone who thrives in a structured environment, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and enjoys coordinating multiple tasks while maintaining confident communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
We're looking for someone who enjoys managing multiple moving parts, takes pride in accuracy, and communicates with confidence. You'll play a vital role in ensuring technical surveys are delivered smoothly and that clients receive high?quality, timely reports they can rely on.
Location and working hours:
Full-time position - Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30
Office location: Moorgate, London (WeWork) or Stuart House, Peterborough (PE1 5DD) with flexibility to work from home as agreed with line manager.
Required skills and attributes:
Strong organisational and time?management skills.
Excellent written communication and document?formatting abilities.
Confident communicator with a professional client?facing manner.
Comfortable working with technical information (engineering, property, utilities, compliance, or similar).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).
Experience in a coordination, administrative, or technical support role is advantageous.
